30 July 2026
Activities Report for the Quarter Ended 30 June 2026
Dart Mining NL (ASX: DTM) (“Dart”, “Dart Mining” or “the Company”) is pleased to present its Quarterly
Report for the three-month period ending 30th
June 2026 and to provide commentary and an update to
shareholders. Dart spent the June quarter on three fronts: divestment of a substantial package of Victorian
assets, advancing drilling at its Coonambula JV Queensland gold–antimony asset and expanding its ground
position into a large new multi-commodity tenement package in the Northern Territory.
On 25 June 2026 the company released a presentation (ASX: DTM 25 June 2026 ) and held an investor
webinar (James Chirnside and Terry Bates) recapping Triumph, Coonambula, NT project and Walwa.
Highlights:
Dart Mining enters into a binding Sale and Purchase Deed for the sale of Mt Unicorn, Sandy
Creek, Tallandoon and Corryong Projects to Indigo Metals for $7.1 sale price (ASX: DTM 9 June
2026)
• Total consideration of $7,100,000 (plus GST), comprising $3.6 million of cash and $3.5 million in Indigo
shares issued at IPO price
• DTM to retain a 2.5% Net Smelter Revenue Royalty on all Antimony production from the Sandy Creek
and Tallandoon tenements
• Transaction is subject to, and is to be completed in connection with, Indigo's proposed IPO and
admission to the official list of the ASX
Dart Mining entered into a non-binding exclusive dealing agreement for the 4-million-ounce
Azatek Gold Project in Armenia (now lapsed)
The acquisition of the 4-million-ounce Azatek Gold Project had the potential to transform the company.
Dart did not proceed due to increasing geopolitical tensions in the region after the deal was initiated.
Exploration: Coonambula antimony–gold project (QLD, farm-in JV with Great Divide Mining)
This was the most active project of the quarter, with two sets of diamond drilling results reported during
the period. Work is progressing toward metallurgical studies and a resource estimate. Banshee Sb-Au-Ag
zone has now been tested over 500m+ of strike and remains open along strike to the east and west. Within
the broad gold zone is a silver and antimony rich core (Figure 2). This Sb-Ag-Au core is shown to continue
both down dip and along strike from the historical Banshee Mine, example intersections include: 5.8m @
1.73 g/t Au, 11.57 g/t Ag and 4.76% Sb from 53.7m from CBADD019, and from CBADD010: 9.0m @ 2.67g/t
Au + 16.8 g/t Ag + 5.8% Sb from 32.5m (ASX: DTM 19 February 2026).
Work is progressing toward metallurgical studies and a resource estimate.
New acquisition: Pine Creek project (Northern Territory)
On 29 May 2026 Dart secured a large multi-mineral tenement package in the Pine Creek Orogen, NT. It
included seven exploration licence applications covering 4,717 km², prospective for gold, copper, uranium,
tungsten and tin for A$150,000 total consideration (A$3,000 deposit paid), subject to due diligence,
documentation and Ministerial approval. Chairman James Chirnside highlighted it as diversified, low-cost
exposure in a region known for world-class uranium, base and precious metals projects.

Walwa tin-tungsten project in NE Victoria under assessment
Dart Mining announced during the quarter that a review of its Victorian tin-tungsten projects in Northeast
Victoria commenced. Dart holds 100% owned granted tenements at Walwa (EL007426 – 499sq.km),
Cudgewa (EL006866 – 508sq.km) and Berringama (EL007170 – 27sq.km). Strong metal prices have
prompted further examination of tin-tungsten prospectivity on these tenements given their long history of
tin and tungsten mining. Walwa is an early drill target for multiple sub-horizontal tin lodes to 8m thickness
and conceptually for a large high-grade tin greisen in the uppermost part of the underlying mineralising
intrusion.
• Walwa has the highest recorded primary tin production in Victoria, principally from the Walwa,
Mt Alwa and Bounce tin mines in EL007426 at Walwa.
• Extensive historic diamond and RC drilling at Walwa with substantial tin intersections are currently
being digitally compiled for further assessment. Around 18 diamond drill holes and 130 RC
percussion drill holes have been drilled at Walwa since the late 1960s.
• Koetong, in EL007426, is best known for tungsten deposits with historic mines at Keady's, Roper's,
Roper and O'Doughlin's, and Mclntyre's.
• Parallel scheelite mineralised lodes at McHargs Tungsten Project, 5km southeast of Walwa, provide
a priority exploration target.
• Compilation and assessment of the large historic tin and tungsten mining and exploration data set
across the tenements is in progress.

Exploration: Coonambula antimony–gold project (QLD, farm-in JV with Great Divide Mining)
This was the most active project of the quarter, with two sets of diamond drilling results reported during
the period.
In our ASX announcement (ASX: DTM 16 April 2026), "Infill drilling shows an expanding and broad gold
zone", the company noted broad, shallow gold down-dip and along strike that historical RC drilling had likely
under-sampled (Figure 2). Assays from holes CBADD011–013 included:
• 4.9m @ 5.27 g/t Au from 21.0m, including 1.0m @ 14.6 g/t Au (CBADD013)
• 1.8m @ 1.98 g/t Au (CBADD012)
• 0.4m @ 2.63 g/t Au (CBADD011).
Figure 2: Cross section through CBADD013 showing gold assays and interpreted mineralised zones.
In our ASX announcement (ASX: DTM 4 June 2026), “More high-grade gold, silver, and antimony at
Banshee,” Dart noted that the Banshee Sb-Au-Ag zone has now been tested over 500m+ of strike and
remains open along strike to the east and west. Assay results from CBADD014, CBADD018, and CBADD019
showed that within the broad gold zone is a silver and antimony rich core (Figure 2). This Sb-Ag core is
shown to continue both down dip and along strike from the historical Banshee Mine.
Results from CBADD014–022 at the Banshee prospect returned significant assays including:
• 5.8m @ 1.73 g/t Au, 11.57 g/t Ag and 4.76% Sb from 53.7m, Including 0.85m @ 2.18 g/t Au,
71.12 g/t Ag and 26.66% Sb and 1.30m @ 3.43 g/t Au + 2.15 g/t Ag + 3.75 % Sb from 56.20m
(CBADD019).
• 6.1m @ 1.11 g/t Au + 0.5 % Sb from 33.00m including 0.7m @ 4.59 g/t Au from 35.00m; and
0.8m @ 2.75 g/t Au + 3.74 % Sb from 38.30m (CBADD018).
• 2.4m @ 2.66 g/t Au + 6.44 g/t Ag + 0.76 % Sb from 34.60m including 0.9m @ 4.34 g/t Au +
14.66 g/t Ag + 2.02 % Sb from 35.40m (CBADD014).

conclude some of these deals before the end of the year.
Acquisitions
Dart continues to assess acquisitions and farm-in opportunities that are either complimentary and add
value to our existing activities or have the possibility to be transformational to the company.
Corporate / funding
The NT acquisition and ongoing drilling were underpinned by a capital raise of ~A$1.31 million, earmarked
across the Pine Creek acquisition, Coonambula antimony–gold testing, and advancing the Walwa tin–
tungsten–tantalum–niobium project in northeast Victoria. There was also a share-and-option issue in the
period.
CASH
At the end of the June 2026 Quarter the Company had approximately $343,000 cash at the bank. Related
party payments were approximately $51,000 in Directors fees and $84,000 in Exploration wages and
